Bivalirudin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 26, 2005. Male patient, 72 years of age, weighting 231.9 lb, was treated with Bivalirudin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arterial haemorrhage, cardiac arrest , hypotension, overdose, post procedural haemorrhage, shock haemorrhagic, surgical procedure repeated. Bivalirudin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INTEGRILIN, GLYBURIDE, PROTONIX, PREDNISONE, COREG, COUMADIN. Patient died on 08/31/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arterial haemorrhage, cardio-respiratory arrest, haematoma, hypotension, incorrect dose administered, post procedural haematoma, renal impairment, scrotal haematoma, shock haemorrhagic. Bivalirudin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INTEGRILIN, GLYBURIDE, PROTONIX, PREDNISONE, COREG, COUMADIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/31/2005.
