After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacterial infection , herpes simplex , hypersensitivity, lung infection, post procedural complication, post procedural infection, spinal disorder, vomiting. Bone dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
