Bortezomib side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on June 26, 2008. Male patient, weighting 50.30 lb, was diagnosed with neuroblastoma  and was treated with Bortezomib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacillus infection, blood culture positive, pyrexia. Bortezomib dosage: 1.04 MG D1, 4, 8, 11 IV. During the same period patient was treated with IRINOTECAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Bortezomib dosage: 2.4MG D1+4 IV. During the same period patient was treated with BORTEZOMIB IV, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, RITUXAN, DOXORUBICIN, DEXAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , aeromona infection, atelectasis, blood culture positive, blood pressure decreased, body temperature increased, chest pain , chills, collapse of lung. Bortezomib dosage: 1.3MG/M2/DAY DAYS 1, 4, 8, 11 IV. During the same period patient was treated with DAPSONE, DEXAMETHASONE, DOCUSATE, FLUCONAZOLE, MIRALAX, ONDANSETRON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
