Bosentan side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 13, 2005. Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 162.7 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension , connective tissue disorder  and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, nausea , weight decreased. Bosentan dosage: 125 + 62.5 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with AZATHIOPRINE, PREDNISOLONE, OMEPRAZOLE, COLCHICINA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 34 years of age, weighting 192.9 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension  and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , haematocrit increased, haemoglobin increased, nausea , palpitations, platelet count decreased, red blood cell count increased, ventricular extrasystoles. Bosentan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SPIRONOLACTONE, ALBUTEROL SULPHATE HFA, BECLOMETHASONE DIPROPIONATE, ALLOPURINOL, DIGOXIN, FERROUS SULPHATE, NIFEDIPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
