Bosentanlet side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Dec 15, 2005. Female patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension
and was treated with Bosentanlet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain
, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood pressure systolic decreased, cardiac failure, cytolytic hepatitis, fall
, femur fracture. Bosentanlet dosage: 125 MG BID ORAL, 62.5 MG BID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, OXYGEN, SINTROM, CACIT, REMEGEL, KAYEXALATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
