Female patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with prolactinoma and was treated with Bromocriptine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: empty sella syndrome, hemianopia, visual acuity reduced, visual field defect, visual pathway disorder. Bromocriptine dosage: 5 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with BROMOCRIPTINE MESYLATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
