Carisoprodol side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 15, 2008. Female patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with musculoskeletal pain and was treated with Carisoprodol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium decreased, dysstasia, fall , fatigue, gait disturbance, paralysis . Carisoprodol dosage: 350 MG 2X A DAY/ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Carisoprodol side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Jan 22, 2007. Male patient, 53 years of age, weighting 190.0 lb, was diagnosed with back pain , anxiety  and was treated with Carisoprodol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disorientation, dysarthria, fall , mental disorder. Carisoprodol dosage: 350 MG PO QID. During the same period patient was treated with LORAZEPAM. Patient recovered.
