Female patient, 64 years of age, weighting 144.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Carisoprodol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, fatigue, feeling abnormal, product quality issue. Carisoprodol dosage: 2X350MG NIGHTLY PO. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with musculoskeletal pain and was treated with Carisoprodol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium decreased, dysstasia, fall , fatigue, gait disturbance, paralysis . Carisoprodol dosage: 350 MG 2X A DAY/ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
