Carisoprodol side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 08, 2005. Male patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with back pain  and was treated with Carisoprodol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, depressed level of consciousness, hepatotoxicity, multi-organ failure, prothrombin time prolonged, treatment noncompliance. Carisoprodol dosage: 6 TABLETS (250MG) /DAY. During the same period patient was treated with VICODIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Carisoprodol dosage: 6 TABLETS (350 MG) / DAY. During the same period patient was treated with VICODIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
