Carisprodol side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 04, 2008. Female patient, 23 years of age, was treated with Carisprodol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest. Carisprodol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GABAPENTIN, HEROIN, COCAINE. Patient died.
