Carteol and haemarthrosis Patient Reports February 09, 2010

Carteol side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Dec 01, 2006. Female patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with glaucoma , hypertension and was treated with Carteol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemarthrosis, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, platelet count decreased. Carteol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EFFEXOR, XALATAN, FORTZAAR, CELIPROLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
