After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , orthostatic hypotension, syncope. Carvedilol dosage: 3.125MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, ZESTRIL, LIPITOR, OXYCODONE. Patient recovered.
