Cedax side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Jan 17, 2005. Female patient, 84 years of age, was diagnosed with escherichia bacteraemia, pneumonia
, urinary tract infection
and was treated with Cedax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute prerenal failure, cardiac failure, cardiomegaly, clostridial infection, clostridium colitis, exanthem, hepatic cirrhosis, metastases to central nervous system, metastases to liver. Cedax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZINACEF, NETILMICIN SULPHATE, NITROMEX, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/23/1999.
