Cefalexin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Nov 16, 2005. Female patient, 57 years of age, was treated with Cefalexin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: body temperature decreased, chest pain
, cyanosis, flank pain, gaze palsy, heart rate decreased, malaise, muscle twitching. Cefalexin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEFAZOLIN. Patient died.
