Cefotetan side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 31, 2008. Female patient, 38 years of age, weighting 197.0 lb, was diagnosed with preoperative care and was treated with Cefotetan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal adhesions, anaemia, antibody test positive, chest pain What is  chest pain, colon adenoma, coombs test positive, pyrexia, reticulocyte count increased. Cefotetan dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
