Cefotetan side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 29, 2008. Male patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with infected skin ulcer, pyrexia and was treated with Cefotetan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: carboxyhaemoglobin increased, haemolytic anaemia, hepatic failure, renal failure. Cefotetan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLINDAMYCIN. Patient died.
