Male patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with serratia infection and was treated with Ceftriaxone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antibody test positive, atrial fibrillation , blood disorder, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, coagulopathy, haemoglobin decreased, haemolysis, haemolytic anaemia, haemorrhage. Ceftriaxone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEFAZOLIN, PIPERACILLIN W, IMIPENEM, DILTIAZEM, COUMADIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
