Celebra side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Apr 04, 2005. Female patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with polymyalgia rheumatica  and was treated with Celebra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal cortical insufficiency, amnesia, blood potassium decreased, cardiac arrest , coma, fall , myocardial infarction, ventricular fibrillation. Celebra dosage: 400 MG (200 MG, 2 IN 1 D), ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haemorrhage, duodenal ulcer, epistaxis, fall , gastric ulcer, gastrointestinal ulcer, haematemesis. Celebra dosage: 200 MG (100 MG, 1 IN 2 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, ACETYLCYSTEINE, ATENOLOL, DIGITOXIN, RANITIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/12/2004.

Celebra dosage: 200 MG (200 MG 1 IN 1 D) ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL TARTRATE, NITROGLYCERIN, SIMVASTATIN, ASPIRIN, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
