Chlordiazepoxide side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Jan 12, 2005. Female patient, 37 years of age, was treated with Chlordiazepoxide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, alcohol use, cardiac arrest , coagulation time abnormal, hepatic failure, intentional overdose, respiratory arrest. Chlordiazepoxide dosage: unknown. Patient died on 12/21/2004.
