Chloroquine side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Nov 20, 2006. Female patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis What is  rheumatoid arthritis and was treated with Chloroquine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiomyopathy What is  cardiomyopathy. Chloroquine dosage: 250 MG, DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with INDOMETHACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Chloroquine side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Jan 10, 2007. Female patient, 59 years of age, weighting 88.18 lb, was diagnosed with cutaneous lupus erythematosus and was treated with Chloroquine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive, cardiomyopathy What is  cardiomyopathy, dyspnoea, polyneuropathy, retinopathy. Chloroquine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PLAQUENIL, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
