Chloroquine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from CHILE on June 28, 2006. Female patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Chloroquine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acquired pigmented retinopathy, headache , vision blurred. Chloroquine dosage: 250 MILLIGRAM ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TRAMADOL, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.
