Chloroquine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 09, 2005. Female patient, weighting 112.4 lb, was diagnosed with malaria prophylaxis and was treated with Chloroquine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, hallucination, visual, incoherent, insomnia, paranoia, psychomotor hyperactivity, psychotic disorder , urinary incontinence . Chloroquine dosage: 500 MG ONCE WEEKLY ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
