Chlorothiazide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 16, 2006. Male patient, 47 years of age, weighting 240.1 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac failure congestive, oedema and was treated with Chlorothiazide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, pruritus, rash What is  rash. Chlorothiazide dosage: 250MG ONCE IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with DIGOXIN, COLCHICINE, FUROSEMIDE, ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE, HYDRALAZINE, METOLAZONE, METHYLPREDNISOLONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
