Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 141.1 lb, was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Cholestagel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, angina pectoris, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, disease recurrence, myalgia. Cholestagel dosage: 625 MG (625 MG, QD), PER ORAL. Patient recovered.
