Cisapride Side Effects Report #5162501-0
Cisapride side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 28, 2006. Female patient, 79 years of age, weighting 80.00 lb, was diagnosed with impaired gastric emptying and was treated with Cisapride. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, ovarian cancer, peritoneal carcinoma, weight decreased. Cisapride dosage: 20 MG TID ORALLY. During the same period patient was treated with PROPRANOLOL, PROTONIX, MORPHINE, ACETAMINOPHEN, FUROSEMIDE, POTASSIUM ACETATE. Patient died on 11/04/2006.

Cisapride dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VYTORIN, AMBIEN, AMITIZA, NEXIUM, SYNTHROID, REGLAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
