Cladribine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Aug 07, 2008. Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with hairy cell leukaemia, hypertension, infection prophylaxis, hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Cladribine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation, hyperbilirubinaemia, hypersensitivity, hypotension, pyrexia, rash What is  rash, renal impairment, swelling face, thrombocytopenia. Cladribine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ITRACONAZOLE, ACYCLOVIR, ALLOPURINOL, BENDROFLUMETHIAZIDE, CIPROFLOXACIN, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 64 years of age, weighting 203.0 lb, was diagnosed with hairy cell leukaemia, febrile neutropenia and was treated with Cladribine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cytokine storm, dyspnoea, febrile neutropenia, hypotension, thrombophlebitis superficial. Cladribine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOSYN, ADVICOR, PROZAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
