Female patient, 65 years of age, weighting 260.0 lb, was diagnosed with sinusitis  and was treated with Clarinex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: delusion, hallucination, somnambulism. Clarinex dosage: 5 MG;QD;PO. During the same period patient was treated with DIOVAN, NEXIUM. Patient recovered.
