Female patient, weighting 140.0 lb, was diagnosed with fungal infection , vaginal infection and was treated with Clindesse. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abortion spontaneous, muscle spasms, thrombosis, vaginal discharge, vaginal haemorrhage. Clindesse dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/19/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, chills, contusion, dyspnoea, heart rate increased, pruritus genital, vaginal discharge. Clindesse dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
