Female patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with ichthyosis and was treated with Clobetasol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal suppression, borderline personality disorder, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cushing's syndrome, incorrect dose administered, osteoporosis , skin atrophy, spinal cord compression. Clobetasol dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cushing's syndrome, diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis . Clobetasol dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
