After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, culture throat positive, culture urine positive, dehydration, escherichia infection, multi-organ failure, neutropenic infection, organising pneumonia, parainfluenzae virus infection. Clofarabine dosage: 425 MG, QDX5, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, ACYCLOVIR, DOXYCYCLINE, LEVAQUIN, MICAFUNGIN, NOXAFIL, VORICONAZOLE. Patient died on 05/31/2008.
