Male patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with pyoderma gangrenosum and was treated with Clofazimine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cushingoid, diabetes mellitus, haemoglobin decreased, peptic ulcer perforation, peritonitis, wound dehiscence. Clofazimine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, CELLCEPT, DERMOVATE, THALIDOMIDE, TRIAMCINOLONE, NEUPOGEN, METHYLPREDNISOLONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
