Clomiphene side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Aug 24, 2006. Female patient, 30 years of age, was diagnosed with ovulation induction and was treated with Clomiphene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abortion missed, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood chloride decreased, blood human chorionic gonadotropin increased, blood osmolarity decreased, dizziness . Clomiphene dosage: 50 MG, 1 IN 1 CYCLE. During the same period patient was treated with CHORIONIC GONADORTOPIN, LETROZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 30 years of age, was diagnosed with ovarian disorder, ovulation induction and was treated with Clomiphene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood osmolarity decreased, blood sodium decreased, dizziness , heart rate increased, hypertension, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion. Clomiphene dosage: 50 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with LETROZOLE, CHORIONIC GONADOTROPIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
