Clomipramine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on July 23, 2008. Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 180.8 lb, was diagnosed with depression , parathyroid tumour and was treated with Clomipramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral disorder, clonus, coma, convulsion, diabetes insipidus , hypertonia, multi-organ failure, serotonin syndrome. Clomipramine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLTHIONINIUM CHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/02/2006.

Clomipramine dosage: 75 MG; TWICE A DAY; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLENE BLUE, ANASTROZOLE , PROPRANOLOL, ARIMIDEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/02/2006.

Clomipramine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Sept 28, 2007. Male patient, 23 years of age, was treated with Clomipramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: body temperature increased, cardio-respiratory arrest, convulsion, hyperpyrexia, psychomotor hyperactivity, pulmonary congestion. Clomipramine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MAPROTILINE HYDROCHLORIDE, AMITRIPTYLINE, AMOXAPINE, MILNACIPRAN. Patient died.
