Clomipramine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Jan 23, 2009. Female patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with anxiety , depression  and was treated with Clomipramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , depressed mood, disturbance in sexual arousal, emotional distress, extrasystoles, heart rate irregular, nervous system disorder, nightmare, orthostatic hypotension. Clomipramine dosage: 120 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKOTE, FLUOXETINE, SEROQUEL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
