Codeine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Apr 18, 2008. Female patient, 42 years of age, was treated with Codeine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, unresponsive to stimuli. Codeine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEXTROMETHORPHAN HYDROBROMIDE, DURAGESIC, CHLORPHENIRAMINE MALEATE, NORTRIPTYLINE, AMITRIPTYLINE. Patient died.
