Cogentin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from AUSTRALIA on Aug 02, 2005. Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinsonism, confusional state and was treated with Cogentin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation postoperative, asthenia, cerebral infarction, confusion postoperative, delirium, dysarthria, dysphagia, parkinsonism. Cogentin dosage: 2 MG/BID. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, HALOPERIDOL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
