Colchicine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Mar 21, 2005. Female patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with gout , pemphigoid and was treated with Colchicine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia, anorexia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatinine increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood urea increased, diarrhoea, myopathy toxic. Colchicine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, BUMETANIDE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, AMLODIPINE, REPAGLINIDE, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, myopathy. Colchicine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRAVASTATIN, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, SPIRONOLACTONE, FUROSEMIDE, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood uric acid increased, dehydration, diarrhoea, renal failure acute. Colchicine dosage: 0.6 MG TID PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
