Colchicine side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 10, 2005. Male patient, 37 years of age, was diagnosed with pericarditis and was treated with Colchicine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , gastritis, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, nausea , off label use, white blood cell count increased. Colchicine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, LOTREL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Colchicine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, ALBUTEROL, BECLOMETHASONE DIPROPIONATE. Patient recovered.
