Female patient, weighting 100.1 lb, was diagnosed with adrenal disorder, blood aldosterone decreased and was treated with Cortef. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adverse event, blood electrolytes increased, diaphragm muscle weakness, dizziness , dyspnoea, eye pain, fatigue, increased upper airway secretion. Cortef dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with THYROID, FOSAMAX, ZOLOFT, ASPIRIN, ASCORBIC ACID, MIRALAX, ATIVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Cortef dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLORINEF, LEVOTHYROXINE, PREDNISONE, PROVERA, THYROID, PREMARIN. Patient recovered.
