Cortisporin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on July 15, 2005. Female patient, 35 years of age, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with ear infection  and was treated with Cortisporin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: deafness unilateral, ear infection , ear pain, ear pruritus, hearing impaired, otorrhoea, ototoxicity, tinnitus . Cortisporin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CORTISPORIN OTIC STERILE, CIPRO, GENTIAN VIOLET, FLOXIN OTIC. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 35 years of age, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with ear infection , otitis externa and was treated with Cortisporin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: deafness unilateral, ear infection , ear pain, ear pruritus, hearing impaired, otitis media chronic, otorrhoea, ototoxicity. Cortisporin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CORTISPORIN OTIC STERILE, CIPRO, GENTIAN VIOLET, FLOXIN OTIC, NEOSPORIN. Patient recovered.
