Male patient, 54 years of age, weighting 361.6 lb, was diagnosed with staphylococcal osteomyelitis and was treated with Cubicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, pain in extremity. Cubicin dosage: 600 MG;Q24H;IV. During the same period patient was treated with ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, VANCOMYCIN, ATENOLOL, AMLODIPINE, WARFARIN, NITROGLYCERIN, HEPARIN. Patient recovered.
