After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthritis bacterial, disease progression, endocarditis , multi-organ failure, myopericarditis, renal failure, staphylococcal bacteraemia, staphylococcal sepsis. Cubicin dosage: 490 MG;Q24H; IV. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, ZOSYN, ROCEPHIN, CIPROFLOXACIN, PLAVIX, COUMADIN, STEROIDS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
