Female patient, 35 years of age, weighting 140.2 lb, was diagnosed with menstrual disorder and was treated with Cyclessa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression , disorientation, dizziness , dysarthria, feeling abnormal, hearing impaired, loss of consciousness, road traffic accident, sinus headache. Cyclessa dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALESSE, ORTHO EVRA, FERROUS FURAMATE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: deep vein thrombosis , heart rate increased, intracardiac thrombus, loss of consciousness, pulmonary embolism . Cyclessa dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, LOVENOX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
