Cymevene Side Effects Report #5256386-1
Cymevene side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SWEDEN on Feb 22, 2007. Male patient, 40 years of age, was diagnosed with cytomegalovirus infection  and was treated with Cymevene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hyperbilirubinaemia, multi-organ failure, renal failure. Cymevene dosage: REPORTED FORM: POWDER FOR SOLUTION FOR INFUSION. REGIMEN REPORTED AS 400 MG X 2.. During the same period patient was treated with PRECORTALON, SANDIMMUNE, AMBISOME. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/16/2001.
