Male patient, 54 years of age, weighting 270.0 lb, was diagnosed with coronary artery disease  and was treated with Cypher. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: postoperative thrombosis. Cypher dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYPHER STENT CORDIS. Patient died on 03/20/2006.

Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 175.0 lb, was diagnosed with arterial occlusive disease and was treated with Cypher. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: postoperative thrombosis. Cypher dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/18/2005.
