Dacogen side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 30, 2006. Male patient, 81 years of age, weighting 192.0 lb, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and was treated with Dacogen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, pulmonary fibrosis . Dacogen dosage: 20 MG/M**2;QD;IV. During the same period patient was treated with NIACIN, FOLIC ACID, ZOCOR, ZOLOFT, VITAMIN CAP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
