Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 135.0 lb, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and was treated with Dacogen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, ill-defined disorder, muscular weakness, oedema peripheral. Dacogen dosage: 20 MG/M2, 1 IN 1 DAY, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, COMPAZINE, TOPROL. Patient recovered.
