Dalteparin side effect was reported by a Physician from SLOVENIA on Oct 17, 2005. Male patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with thrombosis prophylaxis and was treated with Dalteparin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pulmonary embolism . Dalteparin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENALAPRIL, DIPIDOLOR, ANALGIN, TEOTARD, GLURENORM, HEMINEVRIN, QUINAX, XALATAN. Patient died on 08/22/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal haemorrhage, adrenocortical insufficiency acute, flatulence, livedo reticularis, platelet aggregation abnormal, pulmonary embolism , shock, thrombocytopenia, ultrasound doppler abnormal. Dalteparin dosage: 2500 U/ 0.2 ML, SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ONDANSETRON, ACETAMINOPHEN, NEFOPAM HYDROCHLORIDE, MORPHINE SULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
