Female patient, 65 years of age, weighting 129.0 lb, was diagnosed with intervertebral disc protrusion and was treated with Darvocet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, aggression, agitation, alanine aminotransferase increased, anger, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, constipation , fibromyalgia. Darvocet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VALIUM. Patient recovered.
