Female patient, 73 years of age, weighting 120.0 lb, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Daunorubicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, febrile neutropenia, sinus tachycardia. Daunorubicin dosage: 45MG/M2. During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, SYNTHROID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
